I was initially quite apprehensive and dreading this process. However, Project Manager Tyler Q showed commitment to guide me through every stage. Tyler provided clear, proactive communication, making sure I was always informed and understood what was happening, what to expect and decisions that needed to be made. There were no unexpected issues or surprises. I felt supported and confident throughout the process.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He assisted with our insurance company to secure us higher recovered depreciation payback than we would have had prior. His team did a great job on our roof and gutters!

Worked with Ben to have Hardie shingle installed on our old house. He was very communicative and his crew did a great, efficient job with installation. At one point I asked for a change to the plan because it looked different than I expected once installation began. Ben came out the same day to make sure it was adjusted to my satisfaction. I met Ben in 2024 when he came out to take a look at my project. I was thinking with all the work that needed to be done, it would take a month or two to complete. Coldstream came in and did a full exterior tear off and replace in three weeks. New roof, skylights, half a dozen windows, gutters, downspouts and Hardie Board siding. The house looks amazing. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is second to none. I just recently had Coldstream back out for another project in which their quality shined through once again. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Ben for always taking care of me!!

Coldstream Exteriors is a first class roofing company. From initial contact to the excellent team that installed the roof they were professional, courteous, and friendly. They were proficient and finished in a day. We highly recommend them!

An EF-0 tornado damaged our siding in March. The first contractor they came took too long to get us an estimate and did not get it right after at least three iterations. I looked for recommendations and Coldstream was one of them. They got us a comprehensive estimate and worked directly with our insurance. The insurance determined that there was no match available for our siding color and a full replacement was needed. Coldstream got us several options and completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with their responsiveness, attention to detail and the quality of their work.

Needed our roof and siding replaced due to a spring hail storm. I contacted Coldstream and spoke to Andy who offered to take a look at our damage on the same day it occurred. Super pleased to have chosen Coldstream for our work. Andy was very responsive and worked with State Farm to ensure everything would be covered, and it was. Communication was excellent all around. The work was done in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Coldstream again.

We are VERY HAPPY that we chose Coldstream Exteriors for the repairs on our house after a severe storm. They replaced the roof, soffits, siding, shutters, gutters and guards, each time letting us know ahead when they would be here working. Coldstream kept in touch with our insurance company thru the entire process. Their yard clean-up was very thorough. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors!

My house was heavily damaged by a hail, storm roof, siding gutters, etc. Kevin had great communication worked well with the insurance company and was efficient. Did a great color match on replacing the siding would highly recommend.

Coldstream Exteriors completed a new roof, soffit, all metal trim and seamless gutters on our church and did a great job. Dominic Bennett who we worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and its application. He also, was a great representative of the company as project leader. They started and finished on times given to us, making sure that we were satisfied with the product and work accomplished. Coldstream Exteriors replaced our house and garage roofs and siding after the massive March 2025 hailstorm, and they did an excellent job. Ricky Waller in particular was a pleasure to work with, from initial consultation to the completion of all the work. He was communicative and understanding throughout the entire process, and even had his crew come back when I discovered after the fact that there was a hard-to-see part of the house siding that was also damaged. Ricky’s team fixed this issue for us quickly at no extra cost. I would hire Coldstream Exteriors again without hesitation, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had new siding and gutters installed and are very happy with the new look. As with all larger projects, we hit a couple of snags but they were quickly remedied by Tanner and the Coldstream team. I call them team because the men that did the job worked exceptionally well with one another, as you would expect from ‘a team’. Great company, very professional. Now for a couple of critiques. Originally we were told 1 1/2 to 2 days, start to finish. It was 5 days( 2 very long days ). Not a big deal, though. This is one I hope they listen to: The general public, as in myself, are not attuned to all of the language associated with siding. We were discussing ‘trim’ and trim color and I’m assuming it’s just what it says. Trim. However, upon completion, here I have brand new siding and gutters ( looking good ) and the old, dull, dented trim around my windows at all back windows. When I questioned about it, I was told that new window ‘wrap’ wasn’t in the quote. Now wouldn’t that be up to the person that sold the job to say ‘hey, you want to get rid of that old, dented window wrap, right?’ I would have gladly paid to have that done, but I’m thinking ‘trim’ covered it. Now the old ‘wrap’ is caulked in and will probably cost a lot extra to replace. But, all in all, very nice job and hopefully after reading this, they can put one more experience notch in their belt. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a jungle out there for home repairs. Difficult to find honest and professional businesses. I was impressed with their reviews on the BBB website. Five stars up and down the line. I got a quote and a few weeks later new siding. The job was finished in a couple of days. Tanner, our contact at Coldstream, explained every step along the way as well as visiting often to monitor the progress of the workers. They also replaced some rotted boards under the old siding. Finally, everything was perfectly clean with all trash hauled away and he sent photos of all the work on all sides. Highly recommend!

I have a 12,000 square foot home with a concrete shingle roof. The Coldstream team did the impossible by removing the concrete shingles, repairing the underlying water damaged sheeting, and applying a beautiful shingle roof. The team worked tirelessly over 5 days. The outcome is spectacular.

Project completed to satisfaction. The roof looks great. Contractor was extra accommodating as we had a rooftop deck that needed to be dismantled before the roof could be installed. Coldstream worked around the material on the roof so that we didn't have to lower it to the ground. Now we can reassemble without having to crane the wood back up. Andy was great to work with.

Coldstream did what they said they’d do. They provided a detailed and competitive bid, communicated consistently, provided an installation team that did a great job and followed up with inspections when the job was completed. Andy was our Project Manager and we are pleased with how efficient and effective he was. We would certainly look to Coldstream Exteriors again for any such projects.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Coldstream Exteriors. We had several shingles blow off during the big storms in mid March 2025. Coldstream had an inspector at our house the next day. Brandon installed a temporary repair and walked us through the process. We soon had a permanent repair with an exact match of our shingles. Everyone at Coldstream was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The price was more than competitive and the repair was done correctly.

This was our second time working with Coldstream, they are an excellent company! This roof is not easy, but they had no trouble. They were professional, efficient, they prepped well and cleaned thoroughly after. They were also a really nice group of people! I cannot believe they completed it in under two days.
