Rating
Roof, siding and gutters. Quality work in a timely manner. Thanks to Tyler for excellent project management, communication and ease of working directly with the insurance company.
Tyler and the whole Coldstream team did an exceptional job. The communication of the process from start to finish was top notch.
I chose Coldstream exteriors for a new roof on my house in July 2026. The sole reason I chose Coldstream was Project Manager Ricky Waller. Ricky did a complete excellent inspection and explained everything to me all through his inspection. I had worked in roofing myself part time apart from my Railroad job when I was a young man so I new what was being explained to me by Ricky was completely true and honest and at the same time Ricky was as if I were dealing with a friend. I was extremely pleased with his oversight throughout the process. In short Ricky was the sole reason I chose Coldstream.
Great experience! Ben and the crew did an excellent job with our roof replacement. Great communication from the onset until completion. Crews were on time daily and worked hard in the August heat. High quality of work at a fair price.
Dominic from Coldstream exteriors came out very quickly after my front gutter was taken out by a storm. He assess the damages and we determine that it was cheaper to self-pay than the insurance. I ask him to check the rope because my Handiman said it probably needed to be replaced. Dominic went over it with the fine tooth comb and all the gutters and indeed it was 18 years old. I also had him inspect all the gutters and he gave me a great estimate and a very quick turnaround time. Dominic was there and my roof was done within like a week and two or three days. The folks that work for him were excellent. They cleaned up they showed up and did an outstanding job oh my neighbor stopped by to tell me what a great job they did. Also, Dominic showed up often at the job and even called to check to see how things were going. You couldn’t ask for a better company. There’s too many fly-by-night roofers that use subcontractors and Coldstream is not one of them. They are Christian company which I very much appreciate it. You cannot go wrong with them. I did my homework and checking reviews, and they were highly committed by my insurance companies personnel, thank you cold stream and Dominic
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors! They were professional, reliable, and great to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work was top-notch. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
Great company to work with. Jon and his team at Coldstream Exteriors “nailed it” on our roof replacement project . Entire team was friendly, professional, responsive , quickly addressed any concerns during our project. Highly recommended!
Very good experience working with coldstream exteriors. I had tornado and hail damage to the roof and siding. It was a long process to no fault towards the company as the damage was severe and wide spread throghout the area creating delays and material shortages. The project manager Kevin was very easy to work with and respnded promptly with any inquires i had. It was a very good experience working with this company. I will be back for any work needed in the future.
Working with Coldstream Exterior turned out to be an excellent choice to replace my flat roof. From my first enquiry I received prompt responses, clear answers, and total detail oriented service from Ricky (manager) and Greg (owner), who were amazing to work with. The job was done in a timely and highly professional manner that left my roof looking great. I will definitely recommend the company.
Had a team come replace my roof in just one day. Andy was my project manager and he was always super responsive. Roof looks great and their quote was the lowest out of the 3 quotes I received.
I recently had a new roof (along w/ gutters, soffits, etc), new windows, as well as new siding, installed on my house, & I couldn’t be happier that I chose Coldstream for the job…I first contacted Ben about a year ago when my husband & I decided to have the work done, and he was beyond patient with us and made the process much easier than we anticipated. He was always quick to respond to answer all of our questions and handle any of our concerns. The project managers for each specific job were very communicative, and always checked in to ensure we were happy with the work, and the work ethic and skill level of the contractors & crews was absolutely unmatched…I can’t say enough about this. I have already recommended them to a family member, who is soon to have a siding project completed by them, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else I know looking for exterior repair/remodeling.
I am very satisfied with service received from Coldstream Exteriors. Tyler is an excellent communicator and very patient when guiding me through the process of the service provided and helping me with the insurance company. All the employees installing the roof and gutters and repair of siding were efficient, knowledgeable, skilled, tidy and respectful. Installation of roof and gutters, ect. went smoothly. I am very please with the entire process. A very positive experience.
If I could give 10 stars for Jonathan Bernhard and Coldstream Exteriors, I would. I have owned many rental properties over the last 40 years so I have had to have roof work done on bunch of occasions. Those have always been stressful experiences because, I cannot physically get up on the roof to see what needed to be done and then, once it was completed, I couldn’t tell if it was done right. It was hard for me to tell if the contractor was being honest. Jonathan at Coldstream made my latest roof replacement process a breeze! It was a big job on a large apartment building so I got several quotes and his was right in line with the others but he went out of his way to make sure I understood the work that needed to be done. As the work progressed, he sent me pictures of the condition of the roof and what needed to be replaced. That constant and complete communication made me confident that he was being honest. He did such a good job, I immediately hired him to do some preventive maintenance on the roofs on 2 other buildings. Save yourself some stress...call someone you can trust...call Jonathan at Coldstream!
The team was very professional and kind. We have used them prior to our total roof replacements. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and we were given the estimated time it would take for them to start and finish the project.
Dominic and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my roof! Cleanup was impressive! The whole process was easy! I would highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors!
Kevin was very professional and provided updates around timing. He was responsive and patient with questions we had. The crew respected property and was efficient. We had new siding, fascia, soffit and gutters installed. The job only took one week to complete. We would recommend their services.
We are very pleased with our new roof. Ricky, who provided the free estimate, also managed the project from scheduling to final review of the project. We were really relieved when our estimate from Coldstream was the lowest of the ones we received, because we were the most comfortable and confident with this company. Ricky communicated effectively and quickly via text. The crew was friendly and efficient and took special care to protect the landscaping and garden ornaments around the house. I also liked that in addition to a sample of the asphalt tiles, we were provided a link to online software that showed us what the house would look like with the various color choices. The final result looked exactly like the AI picture.
Great service at a great price! Considerate and consultative approach, so I had confidence and clarity on quality of work, timelines and best roofing product that suited my needs. Would definitely hire Coldstream Exteriors again!
Due to storm damage Coldstream Exteriors recently replaced the siding on our home. From start to finish our experience was very good, we are pleased. Tanner was great and handled all things for us. We will be return customers if need be.
Really great experience with Ben and his crew, from our first meeting until job completion. We had been planning a siding project for years and just assumed that we’d go with replacement vinyl, with James Hardie cost being out of reach. Coldstream offered a better product and craftsmanship at a surprisingly great price. We are thrilled that we explored this option and have already received countless compliments on the overhaul of our home exterior. I would highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors for siding and gutter projects and will very likely work with them in the future for any other needs.
I have worked with Jon on several projects and he is completely upfront, honest, and very trustworthy in all of his business. He has given my clients options to choose from that fit every financial level without compromising on quality. I highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors!
Ben and crew did a fantastic job on hardie cement siding install and zip board sheathing. Quality and communication were excellent! and done timely.
Good Quality Work Tyler was very helpful and communicated well. He was easy to reach and always returned my calls & messages promptly
Not only did Coldstream put on my Impact Resistant Roof quickly and efficiently. But I wanted to especially shout out Julie L. She’s such an asset to Coldstream and takes such wonderful care of our customers that our State Farm agency refers to Coldstream!
High recommend. Just make it easy on yourself and go with Coldstream. I asked for a quote Wednesday and they were out by Friday of the same week doing work on my gutters. Professional work done efficiently and effectively. In & Out. Communication was great as well. One of the easier transactions I have ever had with work on the home. Will be going back for all roofing/gutter needs.
I had Coldstream replace my windows, the sales rep, Tanner was incredibly helpful. No haggling, just a fair price. The installers were also very professional. I would recommend Coldstream to anyone needing replacement windows.
From my initial inquiry to Coldstream, I felt the process for a roof and gutter replacement went smoothly. I worked with Ben directly and he was very helpful in explaining the process, products, warranty options etc. He even dropped off sample shingle boards as we were deciding between a few colors and I tend to need something more visual than a website when choosing. The crew was on time every day and Ben touched base daily and notified us of any damaged wood that was encountered as well as sent pictures, and they cleaned up daily. The gutter product is great and has gutter guards included (less leaves clean out in the fall!). We are very pleased with the product and service.
Did a great job coming out and replacing a damaged gutter. They had great communication so the entire process went fast and from my first call to installation, we were done in a week. Had a known its be so quick and reasonable, I would have had this done a year ago!
My experience with Coldstream Exteriors and specifically Tyler was nothing but exceptional. My roof of 15 years started to leak, and I knew I likely needed a complete roof installation as opposed to a quick repair. My experience with the company that did my last roof installation was horrific, and I was apprehensive when choosing a new company. After doing extensive research on the internet, I filled out an online form for Coldstream Exteriors and Tyler reached out to me within a day. Since our home is a three-story home with a steep pitched roof, he wanted to coordinate with one of his installers to give a thorough look and ensure an accurate estimate of which I was appreciative. Tyler provided an estimate with three different options of shingles to use at various cost points. I decided to go with the high-end shingles, and we scheduled the installation within the next week. The team that did the installation was top-notch. The installation took a full day and a half and they ensured all the materials were cleaned up post. The roof looks great and I would not hesitate to use Coldstream Exteriors for any future services. They are so very deserving of their 5-star review ratings.
This is my fourth project with Coldstream Exteriors and Ricky (Project Manager). My first three projects (Roof/Siding/Gutters) went wonderful about a year ago. The teams were professional, tidy, efficient, and afterwards, not a mess in sight. The roof in particular really makes my house stand out and and I couldn't be happier. For my fourth project, I am matching color on my eaves to that of my room and gutters and I will be wrapping my front door (also to match color) and it was a no-brainer to go with Ricky and Coldstream. He worked with me on price (very helpful), and I couldn't be more excited to see how it turns out. I am quickly turning a nearly 60-year-old home into a brand new home on the exterior. Very appreciative of the extent that Ricky is working with me to accommodate my asks and he is elite with his customer service. Thank your Ricky/Coldstream!
Great company to work with. Efficient, experienced, and most importantly high-quality work new roof, trim, gutters, and siding. Tyler, the project manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Great company. Fast, experienced and most importantly quality work on new roof, trim, gutters and siding. Tyler the project manager was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Doing business with Dominic and Coldstream have been one of the best that I’ve worked with. Dominic was very thorough with what he was doing. Had a lot of good suggestions his crew works fantastic. I have nothing bad to say about any of it. On Friday when they came out again to finish up, the people that they brought to clean up was fantastic. OK they actually went over the yard for five times picking up nails or any debris that was left behind could not say more about the company then I would highly recommend it to anyone who needed a roof done or an honest opinion about what was wrong with your roof Thank you for such a great job
Great company, amazing staff and the best work. Definitely use them for all your exterior needs.
Needed an emergency roof replacement. They were quick in replying with an estimate and the work was completed in a day. They perform quality work in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. My roof looks great!!!
Great team to work with and feels like we moved into a new home. Definitely recommend!
From beginning to end my experience with Coldstream Exteriors was positive . I felt the price was quite fair and dealing with Tyler very pleasant . He very patient and accommodating . The work crew was respectful and efficient. The clean up was even up to my standards. I would be very comfortable recommending your services to anyone . I love the look of my new roof!
Yes. We are fully licensed for the work we carry out in Ohio, Kentucky and Missouri, with liability coverage and workers' compensation so both your property and our crew are covered. We are happy to send the certificates before you commit to anything.
There is no deposit to book an inspection and no charge for the quote. Payment terms for the work itself are set out in your written quote before anything starts, so there is nothing to discover later.
A straightforward ranch is usually a single day. A larger two-story with a complex roofline runs two to three. Weather moves the schedule and we tell you when it does. Emergency repairs we can often get to the same day or the next.
Yes, and we handle the paperwork. We inspect, photograph and document the damage the way an adjuster needs it documented, meet them on site where we can, and deal with them directly afterwards so you are not in the middle of it.
Architectural asphalt shingles for most roofs, impact-resistant shingles where hail keeps coming back, and TPO, EPDM or modified bitumen on low-slope and flat. For siding, James Hardie fiber cement and vinyl. We only fit things we would put on our own houses.
Usually within about 24 hours. Call (844) 426-8222 or send the form and we will book a time that suits you. Someone will walk the property, answer your questions and leave you with clear pricing in writing before any work is agreed.
Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, Columbus and Central Ohio, and Greater St. Louis. Each market is locally owned and operated. If you are not sure whether your area is covered, call and ask. It takes a minute.
One project manager who runs your job from quote to cleanup. Local ownership in each market rather than a national brand with a local number. And a written quote up front, with an honest answer when a repair beats a replacement.
Tell us what is going on and we will come and look at it. Free, no obligation, and a written quote at the end of it, wherever you are in our service area.
