I can't say enough good things about Tyler and Coldstream Exteriors! 1. Tyler came out promptly and gave a free estimate (actually 3 estimates "Good, Better, and Best"). Their price is very competitive. They offer a great warranty (One of the best that I have heard of in the industry). I received 3 or more estimates or more in total from other companies. 2. Tyler was kind, honest, to the point. No shady business, no upselling. 3. I was very nervous about picking a roofing company. I feel like I went with the best one overall, considering price, warranty, customer service, etc. 4. There were no surprise charges and Tyler went out of his way to make it a great experience. I needed to replace some trim around the chimney and repair a support beam which was not in the original estimate and he added it in at no charge from the original. I also needed to replace all of the flimsy OSB panels on the roof that were out of code and he gave me a considerable discount based on the amount needed. If you need your roof repaired or replaced. Definitely get an estimate from ColdStream Exteriors, I believe they will win your business. Good Luck! PG

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Coldsteam. I needed to fix a tricky gutter situation and Tyler inspected and delivered a solution to try, saving us time and money! I was surprised that while doing the work, they deemed one of the planned downspouts weren't needed and deducted that from our bill rather than still installing it and charging us. He was extremely accessible and remained in contact during the entire project. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

For years my husband and I had grown accustomed to multiple roofers knocking on the front door with non-stop sales pitches. After some recent roofer research through Angie's List, we selected Coldstream Exteriors to do the work. Within days, Tyler Brooks came by in a nonassuming manner to sell us a new roof. I kept waiting for a high pressure sales presentation. It never surfaced. Instead, we made our selection, the roofing crew showed up a few weeks later and within two days our home had a fresh look. The roofers moved with efficiency and cleaned up around the property afterwards. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonable price on a roof, professional workers, and a laidback sales rep.

Coldstream came out very quickly when I was having trouble with my gutters. My gutters were visibly clogged and not draining well I notified Andy he came out promptly and gave me a quote. The next few days he had a crew come out and fix my gutters, cleaned and put on gutter guards for a very reasonable price. Quickly resolved my issues and was a great experience. highly recommend

We absolutely love Coldstream Exteriors. This is our second time using them and we were extremely happy both times. We had just moved into our new home when we had a terrible hail storm. Ricky was here first thing the next morning And took care of everything and made it so easy for us. He handled everything from setting up the roof replacement, checking on the crew, checking back to make sure everything was done well and even did all the communications with our insurance. We could not be happier with the quality of the new roof but also the service. I would recommend Ricky and Coldstream Exteriors.

We had extensive hail damage to our house. Brian and the Coldstream team worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get us a new roof, gutters, downspout, fascia, window trim, and garage doors. All for just our deductible plus the upgrades we decided to get done at the same time. They were so helpful, we could never have done any of this without them. We had no idea where to even start. Coldstream kept us well informed of what was going on each step of the way. It was so nice to work with one company that could take care of all of the exterior work we needed done. Everything they did was done with excellence! I will definitely recommended them to family, friends, and anyone needing work done, not just for insurance claims but any exterior work needing to be done. This is a to notch company.
