Founders Jon and Greg first crossed paths in the early 2000s. Jon had built a successful logistics company grounded in efficiency, accountability, and customer service. Greg brought leadership experience as a Director of Sales in the collectible antique automobile industry, where precision, transparency, and reputation are everything. What began as a professional introduction quickly developed into a strong friendship built on aligned values, sound business ethics, and a shared vision for how a company should operate.

With years of hands-on experience in home remodeling and exterior restoration, Jon and Greg recognized an opportunity to raise the standard in the exterior construction industry. They saw firsthand how homeowners were often left confused, underserved, or frustrated by unclear processes and inconsistent workmanship. That insight led to the launch of Coldstream Exteriors St. Louis.

Today, our company is built around the principles that guided its founding: honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and accountability at every stage of a project. We require no payments until project completion which takes away the risk of putting down a deposit and having a contractor not complete the work. Additionally, every Coldstream location is locally owned and operated and adhere to the highest quality and personnel standards in the industry.
