I chose Coldstream exteriors for a new roof on my house in July 2026. The sole reason I chose Coldstream was Project Manager Ricky Waller. Ricky did a complete excellent inspection and explained everything to me all through his inspection. I had worked in roofing myself part time apart from my Railroad job when I was a young man so I new what was being explained to me by Ricky was completely true and honest and at the same time Ricky was as if I were dealing with a friend. I was extremely pleased with his oversight throughout the process. In short Ricky was the sole reason I chose Coldstream.

Dominic from Coldstream exteriors came out very quickly after my front gutter was taken out by a storm. He assess the damages and we determine that it was cheaper to self-pay than the insurance. I ask him to check the rope because my Handiman said it probably needed to be replaced. Dominic went over it with the fine tooth comb and all the gutters and indeed it was 18 years old. I also had him inspect all the gutters and he gave me a great estimate and a very quick turnaround time. Dominic was there and my roof was done within like a week and two or three days. The folks that work for him were excellent. They cleaned up they showed up and did an outstanding job oh my neighbor stopped by to tell me what a great job they did. Also, Dominic showed up often at the job and even called to check to see how things were going. You couldn’t ask for a better company. There’s too many fly-by-night roofers that use subcontractors and Coldstream is not one of them. They are Christian company which I very much appreciate it. You cannot go wrong with them. Very good experience working with coldstream exteriors. I had tornado and hail damage to the roof and siding. It was a long process to no fault towards the company as the damage was severe and wide spread throghout the area creating delays and material shortages. The project manager Kevin was very easy to work with and respnded promptly with any inquires i had. It was a very good experience working with this company. I will be back for any work needed in the future.

If I could give 10 stars for Jonathan Bernhard and Coldstream Exteriors, I would. I have owned many rental properties over the last 40 years so I have had to have roof work done on bunch of occasions. Those have always been stressful experiences because, I cannot physically get up on the roof to see what needed to be done and then, once it was completed, I couldn’t tell if it was done right. It was hard for me to tell if the contractor was being honest. Jonathan at Coldstream made my latest roof replacement process a breeze! It was a big job on a large apartment building so I got several quotes and his was right in line with the others but he went out of his way to make sure I understood the work that needed to be done. As the work progressed, he sent me pictures of the condition of the roof and what needed to be replaced. That constant and complete communication made me confident that he was being honest. He did such a good job, I immediately hired him to do some preventive maintenance on the roofs on 2 other buildings. Kevin was very professional and provided updates around timing. He was responsive and patient with questions we had. The crew respected property and was efficient. We had new siding, fascia, soffit and gutters installed. The job only took one week to complete. We would recommend their services.

We are very pleased with our new roof. Ricky, who provided the free estimate, also managed the project from scheduling to final review of the project. We were really relieved when our estimate from Coldstream was the lowest of the ones we received, because we were the most comfortable and confident with this company. Ricky communicated effectively and quickly via text. The crew was friendly and efficient and took special care to protect the landscaping and garden ornaments around the house. I also liked that in addition to a sample of the asphalt tiles, we were provided a link to online software that showed us what the house would look like with the various color choices. The final result looked exactly like the AI picture.

We had been planning a siding project for years and just assumed that we’d go with replacement vinyl, with James Hardie cost being out of reach. Coldstream offered a better product and craftsmanship at a surprisingly great price. From my initial inquiry to Coldstream, I felt the process for a roof and gutter replacement went smoothly. I worked with Ben directly and he was very helpful in explaining the process, products, warranty options etc. He even dropped off sample shingle boards as we were deciding between a few colors and I tend to need something more visual than a website when choosing. The crew was on time every day and Ben touched base daily and notified us of any damaged wood that was encountered as well as sent pictures, and they cleaned up daily. The gutter product is great and has gutter guards included (less leaves clean out in the fall!). We are very pleased with the product and service.

My experience with Coldstream Exteriors and specifically Tyler was nothing but exceptional. My roof of 15 years started to leak, and I knew I likely needed a complete roof installation as opposed to a quick repair. My experience with the company that did my last roof installation was horrific, and I was apprehensive when choosing a new company. After doing extensive research on the internet, I filled out an online form for Coldstream Exteriors and Tyler reached out to me within a day. Since our home is a three-story home with a steep pitched roof, he wanted to coordinate with one of his installers to give a thorough look and ensure an accurate estimate of which I was appreciative. Tyler provided an estimate with three different options of shingles to use at various cost points. I decided to go with the high-end shingles, and we scheduled the installation within the next week. The team that did the installation was top-notch. The installation took a full day and a half and they ensured all the materials were cleaned up post. The roof looks great and I would not hesitate to use Coldstream Exteriors for any future services. They are so very deserving of their 5-star review ratings.

This is my fourth project with Coldstream Exteriors and Ricky (Project Manager). My first three projects (Roof/Siding/Gutters) went wonderful about a year ago. The teams were professional, tidy, efficient, and afterwards, not a mess in sight. The roof in particular really makes my house stand out and and I couldn't be happier. For my fourth project, I am matching color on my eaves to that of my room and gutters and I will be wrapping my front door (also to match color) and it was a no-brainer to go with Ricky and Coldstream. He worked with me on price (very helpful), and I couldn't be more excited to see how it turns out. I am quickly turning a nearly 60-year-old home into a brand new home on the exterior. Doing business with Dominic and Coldstream have been one of the best that I’ve worked with. Dominic was very thorough with what he was doing. Had a lot of good suggestions his crew works fantastic. I have nothing bad to say about any of it. On Friday when they came out again to finish up, the people that they brought to clean up was fantastic.
