I cannot say enough good things about my experience with having a new roof installed by Coldstream Exteriors. My sales rep/project manager, Ricky, was absolutely outstanding. He was exceedingly honest, upfront, and responsive in all of our dealings with him.His team did an excellent job installing the roof, and we have been very happy with both the look of it, quality, and workmanship. I was extremely impressed that Ricky also came over after the job was completed to make sure that the roof was up to Coldstream's standards. He also personally went around the perimeter of the house double-checking to make sure that the nails from the old roof were picked up. I really appreciated that level of care and the fact that Ricky was there from the beginning to the end. He did all of the little things even when they were something that would take more time for him but not make him any additional money. As a former sales person myself, I really appreciated that. I feel like most sales people would be there for you for the sale and as soon as you sign the contract, you would not hear from them again. That is certainly not the case with Ricky or Coldstream.Overall, I could not be more pleased with Coldstream and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family (and have already referred my parents). Thanks again, Coldstream.

Great experience with Coldstream Exteriors. Amanda, Operations Manager, Brian McDonough, Project Manager and roof installation crew were all professional, courteous and polite. Installation only took 2 days and the crew were always on time and work hard the whole time. After installation they cleaned up thoroughly for debris and nails in my yard and neighbors. Overall we are extremely happy with the results and look of our new roof. Will definitely recommend Coldstream Exteriors to others.

It was clear to me from the initial meeting, at the bid solicitation with their sales representative (Brandon) that I was dealing with a professional organization. The proposal was explained thoroughly, precisely and with such detail that I thought this place really knows their business.I was so thoroughly convinced that I signed at the first meeting.We were not disappointed: They followed through with every item on the proposal. The workers replacing the roof were unbelievably hard working, careful to protect the plants below, and never seemed to let up even in the extreme summer heat.We could not be more pleased with Coldstream Exteriors. They do quality work, communicate throughout from beginning to end, and clean up debris thoroughly. We could not be happier, nor chosen better for our new roof.An additional bonus that I was not aware of until their sales representative told me about it……the roof we chose is eligible for a 15% discount on our homeowners insurance. We already have the check from the insurance company.Most importantly our new roof is beautiful, so much nicer than its replacement.We couldn’t be happier with Coldstream Exteriors…..so glad we chose them for the job.

What an amazing job!The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brian’s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again.
